The Little Black Bestiary: My Sweet Margarita (Mini Episode)
Just a short-but-sweet story about a human man whom starts dating a short-but-sweet hummingbird harpy.
This is a little bit of an experimental release, and not one I'd really call a "game." It's pretty much a picture book. But it's in an interactive HTML5 format with music and sound effects rather than just a PDF document or the like so it should hopefully be a more engaging experience than just reading through the story as a document.
This was just a little something I whipped up to help with the content drought since our last release; I specifically set out to make the shortest, simplest thing I could still call a 'complete' experience. If people enjoy it and want to see more of these we could make them fairly regularly to give people some more content in between the bigger game releases we're working on. So let us know what you think in the comments/reviews!

This was a pretty great little mini-sode. The art is cute, the writing is charming, the characters are relatable and endearing, the smut is fantastic, the music selection was weirdly on point... I decided to play this cause it looked pretty cute and hot, and I'm glad it delivered and that there is also a larger scale game like this in the works.
Rita is best birb :3
Not mobile friendly?
Neither the itch.io nor the newground page loads for me sadly.
I think something might be configured wrong with your sale. I see the standalone Windows download if I click "No thanks, just take me to the downloads," but if I claim it and then click the download link from the top of the game page, I see "Nothing is available for download yet."
Maybe it's an Itch.io bug. I just tested it myself and got the same problem, but if I click the "download or claim" button at the bottom after I've claimed a copy it takes me to a working download.
It's because the file has an extra cost. When you claim a game on itch.io I'm pretty sure you only get the files at the base cost of the game ignoring sales. Since the standalone version normally costs 1$ more than the base price of 0$ it's not included in your personal download page.
But, as you found, once the game in claimed if you then use the buying button again you go to a generic download page where the sale price is applied to all the stuff and you can, for example, download the standalone version.
At least that's been my experience on the website.
Hi, an unofficial reviewer here, good job. the artwork is great, the story is great, and all-in-all, it's just plain great. I would like to see more like this.

Wow! That just blew my mind! Bravo indeed! If this ever gets released in a downloadable format, that would be awesome, and looking forward to more of these! Damn that was hot.....
Added the (formerly Patreon exclusive) standalone windows build as a $1 download here. (I don't really care about maintaining a paywall on something like this, but if that encourages more people to tip so I can make more of these, and maybe up the production value that'd be cool)
I'd attempted a linux build, but it failed for some reason so I need to figure out why.
I don't have a mac so building for and supporting it is a lot of trouble for me.
But windows is easy enough.
Thanks, and I purchased it, because, I really enjoyed it, and I have enjoyed your other stories in the LBB Line!
I personally absolutely LOVE this mini, and I'd love to see more like it (I'd send some cash your way myself to keep them coming if I had any to spare). Margarita is adorable AND sexy, two of my favorite things, I'd love to see more with her. More content of the characters in general really, but I'll take what I can get while I'm trying to get to a point where I can afford to support with money instead of just my words.
Verbal support is appreciated too!
Though, if you want to do something to help without spending any money, you can consider wishlisting the upcoming Amaryllis Episode on Steam. Even if you never actually buy it, more wishlists boosts our position in the recommendation algorithm so it's very helpful for getting the word out.
I added it to my wishlist! also shared this a couple of the Discords I am in....because your works are awesome!
Already done, and hopefully I'll have my finances in a better place by the time it releases.
Hey there, just downloaded (as in less than 5 minutes ago) and I get this error every time I try starting the game.

"Downloaded" as in pulled the HTML build to play offline?
Because when I try to run it off my own computer it doesn't work either, but plays just fine on both Newgrounds and Itch.io. But if you can't play it online on either here or on newgrounds let me know, possibly along with what type of device/os you're using and I'll see if I can figure out what the problem is.
